Terms of sale
Article 1 – Purpose and Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online product sales on the website www.sunnynale.com (hereinafter "the Site").
These TCS apply, without restriction or reservation, to any order placed by a consumer or professional (hereinafter "the Client") with Sunnynale (hereinafter "the Seller").
Placing an order on the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS, which prevail over any other document unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these TCS at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect on the date the order is placed by the Client.
Article 2 – Products and Availability
2.1. Product Description
The products sold on the Site are print-on-demand t-shirts. Each item is manufactured only after order confirmation, in accordance with the specifications requested by the Client.
The product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible but may not perfectly reflect the final product.
2.2. Product Availability
Products are offered for sale subject to stock availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Client will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between:

✔️ A store credit for future purchases,
✔️ A refund within 14 days.
Article 3 – Pricing and Payment
3.1. Product Pricing
Product prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price invoiced will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
3.2. Payment Methods
Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express),
- PayPal,
- Any other payment methods available on the Site.
Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation. If the payment is declined by the financial institution, the order will be automatically canceled.
Article 4 – Order Process and Contract Formation
4.1. Order Placement
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. The Client will receive a confirmation email summarizing the order details.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Client in the event of:
❌ An ongoing dispute with the Client,
❌ Non-payment of a previous order,
❌ Fraudulent activity or abuse of the Site.
4.2. Record Keeping and Proof
Orders and invoices are stored on a reliable and secure medium, constituting legal proof of transactions.
Article 5 – Delivery
5.1. Delivery Times and Locations
Products are shipped within an average of 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation.
The Client will receive an email with a tracking link to follow the delivery status.
5.2. Delivery Issues
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or in cases of force majeure (strikes, health crises, natural disasters, etc.).
If a package is declared lost by the carrier, Sunnynale will offer either a replacement shipment or a refund.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1. Withdrawal Period
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the Client has 20 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.
6.2. Return Procedure
To return a product, the Client must:

The Seller will then provide a prepaid return shipping label.
The refund will be issued within 3 business days after receiving the returned package using the same payment method as the original transaction.
⚠️ No exchanges are offered, only refunds.
Article 7 – Warranties and Liability
7.1. Legal Warranty
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
If a product is defective or non-compliant, the Client may request a replacement or a refund, subject to providing proof of the defect.
7.2. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for:
❌ Indirect damages caused by the use of the product,
❌ Delivery delays beyond its control,
❌ Temporary or permanent inaccessibility of the Site.
Article 8 – Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relationship management.
The Client has the right to:

✔️ Object to its processing.

Article 9 – Governing Law and Disputes
These TCS are governed by French and European law.
